Course Objectives:

Group Work with Trauma Survivors investigates clinical strategies to group intervention with trauma survivors. The foundation of this program will be therapeutic group methods with recovery and personal awareness components. Multiple types of course promotions and intake/admission procedures will be addressed.

This program was designed to benefit social workers, psychologists, master’s level counselors and other skilled mental health professionals who work with trauma survivors or want to acquire those skills.
